Des traditions qui rythment les saisons

Chaque saison est rythmée par ses festivités locales : observation des cerisiers en fleurs, feux d'artifice estivaux, matsuri traditionnels, spectacles de marionnettes ou rituels au temple. C'est l'occasion idéale de rencontrer les habitants et de prendre part aux célébrations !

Marina d'Ushimado

Premier samedi d'août

À partir de 18:30
Le feu d'artifice commence vers 20:00-20:30 et dure une heure

Chaque année, le premier samedi d'août, Ushimado célèbre son plus grand festival de l'année ! La marina s'anime de nombreux yatai (stands de nourriture) où déguster les incontournables de la cuisine de festival japonaise : yakisoba, karaage, takoyaki... Les visiteurs, vêtus de leur yukata (kimono d'été), flânent en couple, en famille ou entre amis dans une ambiance chaleureuse.


Les impressionnantes démonstrations de taiko (tambours japonais) rythment les festivités. Puis, lorsque les premiers feux d'artifice illuminent la baie d'Ushimado, tous lèvent les yeux pour admirer le spectacle de couleurs se reflétant sur les eaux de la mer intérieure de Seto.
